Supported Living Services
This service is designed for individuals who need assistance to maintain their independence while living in a residential community settings. We offer personalized support with daily activities, skill-building, and personal care, helping individuals lead fulfilling and self-directed lives.
Community Residential Setting
Our residential programs provide a structured, home-like environment where individuals receive 24/7 support. Whether living alone or with others, residents receive assistance with personal care, household management, and social engagement to enhance their quality of life.
Our Homes, A Place For Peace
We operate two homes designed to foster community and support, with plans for expansion in April. Our clientele includes a wide age range. Each home is staffed by trained personnel dedicated to providing personalized care and attention to each resident.
A Program Built For Your Needs
We offer a comprehensive long-term program. During this time, some clients may successfully move on to independent living, while others may choose to remain in our facility for an extended period, allowing us to cater to their ongoing needs.
